3. First Deposit Bonus Terms & Conditions

  1. 3.1.Cashy, at its sole discretion, may grant the first deposit bonus to players.
  2. 3.2.To qualify for the first deposit bonus, a minimum deposit of twenty (20) USD (or the equivalent in other accepted currencies) is required. Deposits below this amount will not trigger or qualify for the first deposit bonus.
  3. 3.3.While a first deposit bonus is active, bonus funds and any winnings from those funds are non-withdrawable until the wagering requirement of forty (40) times the bonus amount is completed.
  4. 3.4.Bonus funds cannot be used on certain games due to specific game mechanics. Games featuring progressive jackpots or accumulating prize and/or feature mechanics are excluded from contributing to the wagering requirements. Additional restrictions may apply at Cashy’s discretion:
    1. 3.4.1.Table games, live dealer games, instant-win titles, lotteries, and bingo generally contribute 20% toward wagering requirements. For example, a $10 wager on Roulette will contribute $2.00 toward the wagering requirement.
    2. 3.4.2.The list of excluded or restricted games is dynamic and may change as new titles are released, modified, or flagged for exclusion.
    3. 3.4.3.If a game is unavailable for play with bonus funds, a notification will appear upon entry. For clarification regarding bonus restrictions or specific game eligibility, players should contact customer support.
  5. 3.5.A player may withdraw deposited funds before completing the wagering requirement only by first cancelling the active bonus. Upon cancellation, the bonus and all winnings derived from it are forfeited. Deposited funds are wagered before bonus funds.
  6. 3.6.The wagering requirement must be completed within fourteen (14) days of claiming the first deposit bonus.
  7. 3.7.If a bonus expires or is cancelled, all associated bonus funds and any winnings generated from those funds will be forfeited.
  8. 3.8.Until the wagering requirements are fully met, the maximum permitted bet while a bonus is active is 10 EUR/USD/CAD/AUD/NZD or 100 NOK. This limit also applies to double-up or gamble features used after a game round (for example, betting winnings on red/black) and to in-game bonus features that can be purchased, such as “bonus buys.”
  9. 3.9.When placing a bet, funds are first deducted from the player’s cash balance. If no cash balance is available, the bet amount will be taken from the player’s bonus balance.
  10. 3.10.A first deposit bonus may be cancelled before fulfilling the wagering requirements. Players can remove an active bonus by contacting Cashy support. Cancelling a bonus will result in the forfeiture of both the bonus funds and any associated winnings.
  11. 3.11.When claiming the first deposit bonus, your deposited funds are linked to the bonus until the wagering requirement is completed or the bonus is cancelled. Wagers placed using both deposit and bonus funds contribute toward meeting the wagering requirement.
  12. 3.12.Engaging in any form of gameplay manipulation involving bonus funds is strictly prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to, initiating bonus features or progression mechanics (such as Free Spins, collection-based bonuses, or multi-stage features) using bonus funds, then pausing or exiting the game and returning to complete those features with real-money wagers after the bonus has been lost, forfeited, converted to cash, or fully wagered. Any winnings obtained through such activity may be voided or confiscated at the Company’s sole discretion.
  13. 3.13.Minimal-risk betting strategies are not permitted and do not contribute toward fulfilling wagering requirements. This includes placing bets on opposing outcomes within the same round or hand to create minimal risk. Examples include betting on both red and black in Roulette or on both player and banker in Baccarat.
  14. 3.14.If it is discovered that a group of players are using the same betting patterns and are connected through, but not limited to, shared location, banking details, or IP address, Cashy reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to confiscate any related bonus winnings and/or deposits.
  15. 3.15.If your balance falls below $0.10 or the equivalent in another currency, the active bonus will be automatically forfeited.
  16. 3.16.The first deposit bonus is credited instantly. If you qualify for a first deposit offer but do not receive it, you must contact customer support before starting gameplay. Failure to do so will result in forfeiture of eligibility, and the bonus will not be credited retroactively.

4. General Bonus Terms & Conditions
